Over the past 25 years, Dominic has gained a deep understanding of the impact of the built environment on the quality of life of those living and working within it. He founded Our Place to deliver on these learnings by developing sustainable communities and walkable neighbourhoods that are deeply rooted in their locality. James is ACCA qualified.
Luke is a registered UK architect with experience in prominent design practices. He has worked on the design of large-scale town developments, urban regeneration projects, affordable housing and bespoke private residences, and is responsible for ensuring that each Our Place development is characterful and sympathetic to its surroundings.
As Head of Estates and Asset Management, Giff is focused on ensuring our spaces, services and wider amenities meet customer needs and allow thriving communities to form. Giff leads a nimble team who make it their business to help your business. Kate is responsible for operational finance including preparation of management information, monitoring cashflow and business performance having previously held Head of Finance role at Purcell.
Kate also assists in the running of our serviced office business in Norwich. He is passionate about customer focussed delivery and believes that clear and consistent communication is key to building successful relationships. Simon graduated from Cambridge with a degree in history before training as a Chartered Surveyor. He believes passionately in developments that are appropriate for the places they sit within and that they are delivered in partnership with local people to ensure they leave a positive and lasting legacy.
Working with key stakeholders Damon believes in meaningful engagement with those who have a vested interest in how developments impact them and their communities.
